I’m Samo. I’ve been in foodservice in Minneapolis since 2002. After working every position in the kitchen from Dish to Head Chef, I have spent years honing my recipes and processes, and I am finally ready and excited to start my own restaurant.

On the Fly Foods is a new quick-service restaurant that specializes in sandwiches, salads, and rice bowls which are chef-crafted, made quickly, and all have a Korean flare. The goal of On the Fly Foods is to make high quality meals convenient and accessible.
