Healing Seed is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy practice based in Saint Paul, MN. Rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, and cultural attunement, the practice serves adults from immigrant, BIPOC, and intergenerationally impacted communities. Using somatic, experiential, and relational approaches, Healing Seed supports deep, embodied healing.
