About the Presenter:
Emily Conroy is Chief Program & Client Experience Officer at WomenVenture, where she leads innovative initiatives to support entrepreneurs. She began her career as a CBS news reporter, later transitioning into nonprofit leadership and entrepreneurship—launching two businesses and leading a US and Tanzanian microloan NGO. Raised on a dairy and crop farm in west central Minnesota, Emily brings a grounded, strategic approach to small business growth, communications, program development, and cross-sector partnerships.
