Fabio is the Small Business and Entrepreneurship manager at Ramsey County. He was the Executive Director of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Minnesota before joining the Ramsey County Economic Development Department. He is experienced in leading strategic business planning and analytics. Proficient in leading and implementing business development engagement for entrepreneurs and small businesses, grants execution, community outreach and government relations. He is a Latino entrepreneur and investor at the small business level. He has over 20 years of experience in Business management, Marketing analytics, and Customer Experience management. He holds a graduate degree from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His working experience at corporate executive level includes management roles with SuperValu (UNFI), Lifetouch, Inc., and Buffets, Inc. In addition, Fabio has been a board member for several years at the Prior Lake Soccer Club Board of Directors, where he acted as the Tournament Director and fulfilled diverse board roles. He is also a member of both; the MNDOT and Move Minneapolis Advisory Boards. At a personal level, he enjoys watching football soccer, and playing the guitar in his free time.
