About the Presenter:
Felicia Ravelomanantsoa joined as the CFO/COO of African Development Center (ADC) in 2022. Prior to becoming staff, she has volunteered at ADC since 2010. Felicia’s path with ADC reflects a deep commitment to community development and sustainable growth. Felicia led ADC's Good Job Quality Program as a Grantee of the Aspen Institute and she is passionate about not just growth, but also about creating quality jobs that support community resilience. The focus on creating sustainable growth aligns well with the larger goals of ADC, particularly its mission to strengthen African and Immigrant communities through economic empowerment.
