Steven Thao is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive expertise in business development, real estate, and strategic growth. He currently serves as the CEO and Broker of Creative Results, a residential real estate brokerage headquartered in Minnesota, with operations extending into several cities across Wisconsin. Steven is also the Executive Director and Co-Owner of ScaleUp CRE, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm specializing in commercial repurposing, redevelopment, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition, Steven is a General Partner and Co-Owner of Pan Asian Center, a transformative redevelopment project consisting of two buildings totaling 406,500 sq. ft. at the Maplewood Mall addition envisioned as a vibrant, upscale Asian cultural hub, the center serves as a symbol of community and commerce, where Steven leads capital raising and construction initiatives. Further diversifying his business portfolio, Steven is a Co-Owner and Business Developer of Glow Yourself Skin & Laser, a medspa offering advanced laser treatments focused on skin rejuvenation, corrective procedures, and non-invasive solutions for unwanted hair and tattoo removal. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Multimedia Graphics Design from The Art Institutes and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Jones International University.
