Evie Mouacheupao is a cultural strategist working at the intersection of arts, entrepreneurship, and economic development. With a specialty in creative micro-entrepreneurship, she supports emerging artists and small businesses through place-based initiatives that reimagine and activate public space and foster community identity. Leading efforts in arts and culture programming, Evie produces culturally vibrant festivals, markets, and the development of physical spaces that serve as economic and creative hubs.
